Edmund Lee McKEAND b. 1826 Manchester, England, son of Edmund Lee McKEAND 1796-1858 and Charlotte POTTER 1800-1866, was married 19 Apr 1848 in Manchester Cathedral, Lancashire, England to Hannah WHITWORTH b. c1819, daughter of Nicholas WHITWORTH and Sarah BARRATT.

Edmund Lee McKEAND was a store-keeper and inn-keeper at Heywood, S-W Victoria in the 1850s.

Edmund Lee McKEAND 1796-1858, father of Edmund Lee McKEAND was a squatter on "Sinclair" Station, Drumborg, nearr Heywood, in 1849.

Edmund Lee McKEAND & Hannah WHITWORTH had the following children:

NOTE: Ben and William McKEAND were pupils at Hotspur School in 1863.

Edmund McKEAND died in 1861 and Hannah married again in 1864 to Charles BADNALL.
