George BURROWS 1829-1915 was b. Orford, Suffolk, England, son of James BURROWS & Mary BRADLAUGH and was probably employed in 1859, at "Murndal" Station on the Wannon river at Tahara, near Merino, S-W Victoria, Australia.
Catherine "Kate" McLENNAN 1836-1919 was b. Ross-shire, Scotland, daughter of Alexander McLENNAN and Christina "Kirtsy" McRAE. She had arrived at Portland, S-W Victoria in 1852 on the "John Davies" with her parents and siblings, one of whom was Chistina McLENNAN 1830-1898, who married John STOCK at Digby, S-W Victoria in 1856, and raised a large family at Hotspur, Carapook & Sandford in S-W Victoria.
