William HARVEY married in 1860 at ___, Victoria to Ellen BURNS c.1834-1914, b. Co Kilkenny, Ireland to Patrick BURNS and Bridget KYLE / KEYLEY, died Digby, S-W Victoria.

Ellen BURNS was a sister of Mary BURNS 1837-1915, who married John WALSH and also lived at Digby, S-W Victoria.

William HARVEY was a member of the Digby Ancient Order of Foresters in 1871-1872.

Two daughters, Caroline and Augusta HARVEY were pupils at the Digby School in the early 1880's.

William and Ellen HARVEY are both buried in the Digby Cemetery in 1902 and 1914 respectively.
